More than one feature in locations.geojson uses the reported feature ID.

A location_id reference cannot identify a single service area reliably.

    Compare the features at firstIndex and secondIndex.

    Remove an accidental duplicate or assign unique IDs to distinct areas. Update the corresponding location_id references in stop_times.txt.

    Check the result

    After a repair, rebuild the archive and validate it again. Confirm that the affected records are correct and that no new related notices appeared. A reviewed warning or informational notice may remain when it describes intentional, supported data.
