How to fix it

Compare the reported row with the other agencies and select the correct common time zone.

Update the agency values and review affected schedule times together. Do not change only the zone label if that would shift real departures.

After a repair, rebuild the archive and validate it again. Confirm that the affected records are correct and that no new related notices appeared. A reviewed warning or informational notice may remain when it describes intentional, supported data.
