How to fix it

    Find bookingRuleId in booking_rules.txt and confirm the advance-booking deadline.

    Fill in both prior_notice_last_day and prior_notice_last_time with the actual day offset and cutoff time.

    Check the result

    After a repair, rebuild the archive and validate it again. Confirm that the affected records are correct and that no new related notices appeared. A reviewed warning or informational notice may remain when it describes intentional, supported data.
