Retry with the current version and report a minimal reproducible case if the failure persists. Treat other notices separately; this is not a generic instruction to edit a GTFS row.

Run validation again and confirm that it completes, including the previously failed stage. Review the complete report; an interrupted check does not establish that the feed is valid.
