Scope

Report field	Type	Meaning
`csvRowNumber`	integer	The row number of the faulty record.
`fieldName`	string	The name of the field that was expected to be empty.
`fieldValue`	string	Actual value of the field that was expected to be empty.

Repair

Inspect fieldName and the complete row in translations.txt.

Keep the permitted targeting fields for that table and clear the conflicting value. Check the distinction between record-based and field_value-based targeting.

Check the result
After a repair, rebuild the archive and validate it again. Confirm that the affected records are correct and that no new related notices appeared. A reviewed warning or informational notice may remain when it describes intentional, supported data.
